Mechanical Highway Sweeper
The LMZ5180TSL mechanical street sweeper truck is built on a DONGFENG truck chassis and equipped with a high-speed road sweeping system. With a maximum sweeping speed of more than 60 km/h, the mechanical road sweeper is mainly used for cleaning highways and expressways.
The mechanical street sweeper truck uses a Sino-German intelligent controller for one-touch operation and intelligent sweeping control. The sweeping and material lifting functions are hydraulically driven, allowing the side brushes, main broom roller, and lifting mechanism to operate smoothly and efficiently. The four-brush sweeping structure provides a wider sweeping path and reliable cleaning performance for road maintenance operations.

The water tank is welded from 304 stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life. - Balanced hopper layout
The debris hopper layout helps balance chassis load distribution. Side-tipping discharge makes unloading more convenient while helping reduce stress on the chassis. - Adjustable main broom speed
Fitted with an adjustable main broom speed. When the broom wears over time, the operator can increase the speed to maintain cleaning performance during high-speed sweeping. - Floating-mounted sweeping unit
The sweeping unit uses a floating-mounted design without support wheels, helping reduce the support-wheel wear commonly seen in conventional mechanical sweeping structures. - Front mounting bracket
The front mounting bracket allows users to install a snow plow or snow brush for winter emergency snow removal. A W-type guardrail washing attachment and other tools can also be configured as options.
