SBS Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant
The polymer modified bitumen plant is designed to produce polymer-modified bitumen for asphalt concrete mixtures used in highways, municipal roads, bridges, airport runways, and other pavement construction projects.
The PMB plant is suitable for producing SBS-modified bitumen, high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified bitumen, and crumb rubber modified bitumen. The production process combines shearing, grinding, and homogenization, completing the grinding process in one pass. By switching valves, operators can select either grinding or non-grinding processing modes according to the required modified bitumen production process.
