Asphalt Distributor Trailer
Metong asphalt distributor trailer s a lightweight, towable asphalt spraying unit designed for road maintenance, small-area repair, tack coat, and prime coat applications. The detachable structure allows the asphalt distributor trailer to be quickly coupled with or separated from a truck. When asphalt spraying is not required, the truck can be used independently for other transport tasks.
The asphalt distributor trailer is suitable for municipal streets, highways, neighborhood roads, bridge decks, ramps, pothole repair areas, shoulders, pavement edges, and other small or localized maintenance sites.
The asphalt distributor trailer consists of an asphalt tank, power system, transmission system, pipeline system, asphalt pump, and heating system. Its compact structure supports flexible deployment, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.

The diesel burner heating system supports the 160–180°C temperature range required for hot asphalt application. - External asphalt pump
Equipped with a CLB50 gear pump for stable pumping pressure. The external layout makes inspection, maintenance, and replacement easier. - Dual cleaning modes
Diesel cleaning and high-pressure air purging help keep the pump and pipelines clear, reducing the risk of blockage between jobs and after operation. - Hand spray wand (hand spray gun) operation
The hand spray gun allows controlled asphalt application for pothole repair, pavement edges, bridge decks, ramps, corners, and other small-area work.
