Slurry Seal Machine & Micro Surfacing Machine
Micro surfacing machine is designed for both conventional slurry seal materials and modified emulsified asphalt slurry used in micro surfacing applications. The micro surfacing machine integrates material storage, precise metering, continuous mixing, and spreader box application into one road maintenance system.
The slurry seal machine is mainly used for micro surfacing and underseal construction on high-grade highways, as well as slurry seal and micro surfacing work on secondary roads, tertiary roads, and municipal roads. By controlling the flow of emulsion, water, aggregate, filler, and additives, the micro surfacing paver helps contractors produce a consistent mixture and apply it evenly across the pavement surface.
